Everything Tradie knows about the job you have selected.
Select any job in the jobs list or on the calendar and its full detail appears here - no need to open a separate window.
What’s shown
- Job Number, Customer, Status
- Site and Contact Info
- Customer Item and Job Name
- Job Description
- Date Entered and Date Required
- Team member(s)/Equipment - who’s currently booked on it
- Infusion Assigned User - the user this job is assigned to back in Infusion Online.
- Infusion Assigned User - the user this job is assigned to back in Infusion Elite.
- Allocations - a count plus a Show/Hide list of every booking against this job.
Videos
If your company has video recording switched on, a video recorded on the job in the Mobile app shows as a tile among the job’s attachments, with its length underneath, and the note the technician typed with it. A video with a note is named after it. Click a tile to play the video in the attachment viewer.
A tile marked sending has been uploaded and is still on its way to your job system. It can be played already. If the viewer says it is fetching the video, it is being brought back from your job system and will start by itself. Download saves a copy, which also helps with a video your browser cannot play.
Refreshing
Click the refresh icon next to Job Details to reload the selected job’s information from the server without leaving the pane.
