The jobs list
Search, filter and switch between Pending, Progress and Admin jobs.
The jobs list is where every job waiting to be booked, in progress, or filed as admin work shows up - searchable and filterable, updating live as work happens.
Searching and filtering
- Search - type into the search box to filter the list by job code, customer or job name. Clear resets it.
- Filter icon - click to reveal four dropdown filters: Job Type, Job Status, Sales Person and Assigned to.
- Pending / Progress / Admin toggle - switches which bucket of jobs the list shows; see Jobs: Pending, Progress, Admin for what each means.
Buttons above the list
- Create Job - opens the new job form; see Create a job.
- Refresh icon - reloads the job list from the server.
Because Infusion Online is connected live, new jobs and status changes usually appear in this list automatically - the refresh button is there for the rare case you want to force it.
Infusion Elite is fetched on demand through the Tradie connector rather than pushed live, so the refresh button matters more here: a job entered in Infusion appears once the list is reloaded. The list also covers today’s jobs, so use the calendar or a search for work scheduled further out.
Right-click menu
Right-click a job in the list for: Remove Job, Delete future allocations, and Toggle is Admin job (moves the job into or out of the Admin bucket).
