Infusion data sets
Force a refresh of cached reference data pulled from Infusion.
This page is about Infusion Online and Infusion Elite. Your system is set to a different one, so the screens and behaviour here may not match what you see. Use the switch at the top of the contents to change it.
Overview
Reference data like products, customers and job statuses is cached locally so the Scheduler stays fast - this screen lets you force a fresh pull from Infusion if something’s out of date.
The list
There are eight data sets: Customers, Products, Job Statuses, Quote Statuses, Job Types, Staff Members, Locations and Suppliers. Each shows its name and when it was last updated, with an Update button next to it.
Step by step: refresh a data set
- Find the data set you think is out of date.
- Click Update next to it.
- Wait for it to finish - the button shows a loading state while the fresh data is pulled from Infusion.
- The Last Updated timestamp refreshes once it’s done.
Tip
You’ll rarely need this - most reference data updates automatically. Reach for it when you’ve just changed something in Infusion (like adding a product) and want it in Tradie immediately, rather than waiting for the next automatic sync.
