Your company's details and logo, plus the connection status and web hooks for your ERP integration.
Your company’s name, logo, and the connection details that link Tradie to your accounting system - all in one place.
Company details

Fill them in and click Save.
The address, phone and GST number are not decoration, and they are not sent anywhere by themselves: they are what a quote layout puts at the top of a quote. If quotes come out with a blank letterhead, this screen is where that is fixed. A business not using the Sales module can leave them empty.
Company logo
Click Change Logo to pick an image file. Once selected, Upload Logo appears to confirm it (or Clear to pick a different one) - this logo appears on branded PDFs and reports sent from the field.
Infusion connection details
Your Licensee Id and Session Id link your company to your Infusion Online account. They are set up during onboarding, and you should not normally need to touch them.
Both boxes are always empty when you open this screen, even though they are set. Tradie never sends these values back to the browser - a placeholder tells you which case you are in:
- (not configured) - nothing is stored. Infusion Online will not connect until it is.
- (unchanged - leave blank to keep current value) - a value is stored and is being used.
So leaving a box blank and saving keeps what is already there. Only type in one of these boxes when you are deliberately replacing the value, and use the eye button beside it to check what you have typed before saving.
Registered web hooks
This section lists each type of live update Tradie subscribes to from Infusion (for example, job updates) and whether it’s currently Registered or Unregistered, along with the last time it succeeded.
If Tradie warns that job updates aren’t arriving live, open Company Info and click the job entry in this list to register it - it only takes a moment, and jobs will start updating in real time again.
Your Infusion connection
There are no connection details to fill in here. Infusion Elite runs on a server at your own site, and Tradie reaches it through the connector installed there - which your Tradie contact sets up and keeps updated for you.
There is no list of live updates to register either. That is an Infusion Online arrangement: Elite is asked for data when a screen needs it, rather than sending Tradie updates as they happen.
Infusion hook files
Download Infusion Hook Files downloads a zip of the hook files that make Infusion tell Tradie straight away when a job is added or deleted. The files are already set up for your company. Connect Infusion Elite explains where on the Infusion server they go.
If data stops arriving - lists coming up empty rather than out of date - the connector on your server has usually stopped. Check the Tradie connector is running there, and talk to your Tradie contact if it will not start.
