Configure H&S hazards and controls used in questionnaires.

Overview
The hazard and control registers behind every on-site H&S questionnaire your team members fill in - build them once here and they show up everywhere that register is used.
HnS Hazards and HnS Controls
Both screens work the same way - a table of Name and Supplementary Text, plus three checkboxes marking whether the item applies at Low Risk, Medium Risk and High Risk, with Save and Delete per row.
Step by step: add a hazard or control
- Open HnS Hazards (or HnS Controls) from the hamburger menu.
- Fill in the Name and any Supplementary Text.
- Tick which risk levels it applies to.
- Click Save - the row’s Save button highlights while there are unsaved changes, so it’s obvious what still needs saving.
Once saved, these show up as options in the mobile app’s on-site H&S questionnaire - see Completed forms to review what team members have submitted.
