Team members & equipment
The rows on the calendar - one per team member or piece of equipment.
Each row on the calendar is a resource - a team member or a piece of bookable equipment - so you can see everyone’s day, side by side, at a glance.
Team members
Team member rows come from your Users list (see Users). Only users set up as field team members appear as calendar resources. You can search by skill using the calendar’s skill search to narrow the rows shown to only the team members who can actually do the job.
Equipment
Bookable equipment - vehicles, machinery, anything you schedule alongside a person - comes from Plant/Equipment (see Plant / equipment). Equipment gets its own row and can be booked to a job at the same time as a team member, so a booking can show, for example, both a team member and the van they’re taking.
Filtering and ordering the rows
Use the skill search box above the calendar to filter resource rows down to team members with a matching skill, and use Show full day in the hamburger menu (see Show full day (toggle)) to switch the calendar between business hours and a full 24-hour view. To change the order team members appear in top-to-bottom, click Reorder users (the up/down arrows icon) on the calendar toolbar and drag them into the order you want.
