Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

NZD $30 per user, per month (+ GST). For Infusion Elite and Accredo Saturn, an on-premise connector is required, which adds a $150 per month (+ GST) hosting and management fee. Infusion Online has no hosting fee.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. TradieOnTheMove is month-to-month - billed monthly per user, and you can cancel any time. There’s no fixed term.

Can I try it before I buy?

For Infusion Online customers, we can set you up with access, please get in touch. For Infusion Elite and Accredo customer, we run a personalised demo and guided onboarding rather than a self-serve trial - so you see TradieOnTheMove working with your own ERP and workflow, and we make sure it’s set up properly for your business. How do I get started, and does my existing data come across?

Onboarding is guided, and how your data connects depends on your ERP. With Infusion Online we connect cloud-to-cloud - there’s nothing to install. With Infusion Elite and Accredo Saturn we set up and host a managed connector to your system. In every case your customers, suppliers, products and jobs flow in from your ERP, so you’re not re-keying anything.

Does it work without internet on site?

Yes. The mobile app caches data on the device and syncs back to the server automatically when coverage returns, so your team keeps working through dead zones.

Can I match the look to how my team works?

The app ships with two themes - Tradie Classic and Tradie Light - plus an independent dark mode, so it suits any device or lighting. Modules can be switched on or off per business.

What about health & safety and compliance paperwork?

Hazard and control registers, on-site H&S questionnaires, and trade certificates (gas, electrical, plumbing, drainage) are built in. Completed forms render to branded PDFs you can email to the customer on the spot.

What support do I get?

NZ-based phone and email support is included in your subscription - a local team that knows the product and the trades it’s built for.

What if I need something the standard product doesn’t do?
