Open the site address in your phone's maps app for directions to the job.

Overview
A job’s site address is a link. Tap it and your phone’s maps app opens on that address, ready to give you directions.
Step by step: get directions to a job
- Open the job from your jobs list.
- On the Info tab, tap the Address/Site box.
- Your maps app opens on the address. Start directions from there.
On an iPhone the address opens in Apple Maps. On other phones it opens in Google Maps. Tradie has no map of its own; directions, traffic and distance all come from your maps app.
From the Dashboard
If you use the Dashboard home screen, the NEXT JOB card has a map pin beside the address. Tap the pin to open directions without opening the job.
Without signal
The address is on the job, so you can always read it. Directions need your maps app, so they work offline only if you downloaded the area’s maps in that app beforehand.
Troubleshooting
- There is no Address/Site box. Your company has chosen not to show site details on the job. Ask the office for the address.
- The address is wrong or incomplete. It comes from the job in the office. Ask them to correct it.
- Nothing happens when you tap it. Check a maps app is installed and allowed to open links.
