See when you're on call
Check whether you're on call now or next, and the allowances it earns you.
If your company pays on-call allowances, your home screen tells you when you’re on call, and your timesheet shows the allowances you have earned. The office puts you on and off call. You don’t need to log anything extra for it.
The on-call card on your home screen
The card shows only while you’re on call or have on-call time booked in the next two weeks:
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| You’re on call · until Mon 26 Oct 07:00 | You’re on call now, until the time shown. |
| You’re on call · until the office switches you off | You’re on call now, with no end set. |
| On call next · Fri 23 Oct 17:00 → Mon 26 Oct 07:00 | You’re booked on call, starting at the time shown. The card has a dashed edge. |
With nothing current or booked there is no card. The card checks the time against your phone’s clock, so it stops saying you’re on call once your time has ended, even with no signal.

Allowances on your timesheet
Each allowance you earn appears in your Time Sheet list as its own teal row, marked On-call allowance × 1, with the job it is booked to and what it is for, such as Weekend standby 23/10 17:00-26/10 07:00.
- The row has no edit or delete. Tradie adds it and keeps it up to date as your on-call time and the jobs you attend change.
- The × 1 is one allowance, not an hour, so it is not counted in your hours.
- It is submitted with the rest of your time.
If an allowance looks wrong, check your entries and ask the office to check your on-call time. Fixing either one fixes the allowance.
