Overview
Sub Heading (shaded divider) puts a shaded bar with a heading across a section. It is the form’s divider: it breaks a long section into groups without starting a new section.
Step by step: add a sub heading
- Select the section.
- Click Sub Heading (shaded divider) under + Add Fields, then drag it by its handle to where the break should be.
- Type the group’s name in Heading.
- Choose Text Alignment - left, centre or right.
Its settings
- Heading and Text Alignment.
- Font size override - 0 uses the section’s size.
It is not a question, so it has no mandatory or hide-from-report settings.
On the phone and the report
Both show a shaded bar with the heading. On the phone it helps the technician keep their place in a long section.
Sub headings cannot go in a Data Table.
